Updates

August 15, 2017 Some minor fixes were introduced (regarding e.g. the categorization of toolbox resources). In addition, the upload functionality has been improved.
August 8, 2017 We would like to share with you a short review of the BiomassNet inauguration and networking meeting, that took place in Bonn on July 12, 2017. First of all we would like to thank all our guests, especially from FARA, IITA, INBAR the University of Ibadan, and icipe, who travelled from Africa to join us. All of you helped with your support and contributions to make this event a great success.

More than 80 participants took part in the event, among them representatives from four German Ministries (BMBF, BMZ, BMUB, BMEL) and visitors from Hamburg, Darmstadt and even Lisbon, Portugal. As BiomassNet strives to become an important network for Africa, we are happy that almost a third of all participants were from African countries.

Looking back on a successful event, we would like to encourage everyone to upload research findings. The tool box is waiting to be filled with your expertise. To make BiomassNet a useful website for you, we are also still greatly depending on your feedback.
