BiomassNet features eight major thematic areas: Production and Storage, Equipment and Technology, Markets and Trade, Institutions and Policies, Environment and Conservation, Bioenergy, Health and Nutrition, and Education and Capacity Development. These thematic areas allow quick access to information for different interest groups. Each thematic area is supervised by a theme coordinator who double checks the resources uploaded in the area to ensure the quality of contents. Theme coordinators remove any resources that do not fit the scope of the thematic area.
