Thematic areas

BiomassNet features eight major thematic areas, which allow quick access to information on different issues related to food security and sustainable food and non-food biomass production. Each thematic area is supervised by a theme coordinator who double checks the uploaded resources to ensure they fit within the scope of the thematic area. "Production and storage" has a focus on improving food security through sustainable intensification of crop production and reduction of post-harvest losses.
